MY BACKGROUND

About Me

I have always been passionate about taking care of my body. In High School I discovered my love for yoga, strength training, and bodybuilding, as well as my desire to help others along their fitness journies.

Education

I graduated from Michigan State University in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2019, and I am always aiming to expand my knowledge of health and fitness.

Career

In my 6 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, I have worked with a wide variety of clients from young adults to seniors. Seeing my clients improve brings me so much joy, and I couldn't imagine doing anything else.

My mission is to inspire, motivate, and empower you to reach your potential in health and fitness.

MY PHILOSOPHY

Master the Basics

When it comes to fitness, many people obsess over trends, fads, and hacks. There is no supplement, product, or exercise that can guarantee your success. I prefer to focus on what really drives progress - training with intensity, fueling your body, and remaining consistent.

Keep it Sustainable

Working towards a new fitness goal often requires some difficult lifestyle changes. In order for your results to be sustainable, your routines have to be compatible with your lifestyle. The best training program, and the best diet, is one that works for you.

Strive for Longevity

Through my experience in physical therapy, I have acquired many tools to help you prevent injury, correct imbalances, and manage pain. I will always put your wellbeing above aesthetics and performance. I want you to be able to not only look your best, but feel your best for years to come.

I will always encourage you to breathe, listen to your body, and give me feedback on how everything feels. I have a modification, progression, and substitution for every exercise.

Everyone enjoys different training styles, intensities, and tempos. I will always meet you where you are, indulge your curiosities, and do my best to research whatever you're interested in that I'm not familiar with.

We won't waste any time in our sessions! Every exercise has a purpose, and I will tailor each program to your specific needs, goals, and preferences.
